Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden — Portland, Oregon
After our 60 mile Flat Flower courtesy of Chico Velo Club’s annual Wildflower Event, we needed a non-bicycling day. Our friend, Bev, recommended Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden. Wow, was it spectacular!! The number of varieties, the baby birds, and the landscape were all mind blowing. Walking the grounds was also very contemplative. The atmosphere was quiet, and other visitors were quiet as well. While we only spent a couple hours there, it was one of the highlights of our day. Check out these pictures...
